This is by far one of the best Apps and a flawless one at that. Literally Seconds after I purchased and downloaded this VlC player, I Was watching every movie I ever downloaded on my computer and on all my external hard drives on my iPad Mini and my iPhone 5! After downloading this app just follow the Very simple instructions ,minutes later youll be Watching and enjoying every movie you have downloaded on your computer and will be watching them on all your Apple devices NO BUGS WORKS PERFECTLY EVERY TIME!

Often I will get issues with videos that I add to the device manually through iTunes syncing in terms of audio. It either shows that it is an unsupported format or cuts out immediately after starting playback.

The single best app purchase Ive made, bar none. And the support the author gives, both in regular updates and user feedback is top notch.

If you want to stream to your apple tv it works great with air play. You have to turn it on in settings first or it will be just audio. Zero lag and pixelation for me. One problem is that your entire computer is shown. It could use some way like in boxee, which does not work near as well btw to only show selected folders. There is a password option but still every folder on your machine is visible. 5 stars for how well it works but 3 for lack of protection.

Worth the money 10 times over. Great to stream on AppleTV, and also to keep movies on your iPad.

Thought I could just add a folder and stream all video . But this app first wants to convert files added , and where it stores them I dont know . Also assigns them a number instead of original name . So then you have to click on each movie hoping to find the one you want . Not happy

Definitely recommend I love it. Works great for me. Not always, but after restart you can get it to work.

This app is very good if it doesnt load to phone just get a program to convert the file format, there is nothing I couldnt load, and of I couldnt theres nothing I couldnt figure out. thank you would definitely pay for this app.

This app is simply amazing ! I use it to stream movies from my home computer in the basement to my Apple TV in my living room 2 stories up ! I wish it could playback the new x265 codec tho...

Its actually a great app and I use it all the time. I would give it five stars if they could just fix this new bug after the latest upgrade. I have the latest iPad 2.

I use this app everyday and Im very happy with it. There have been just a few times where I needed to restart the VLC software on my computer. No big deal. I havent tried any other software because this one works for me. There may be better, I dont know. I have a 5th gen IPod. I hope this review helps !

Paid version is worth it. Easy to use on my iPad and Windows 10 PC (free download for that). As an added bonus you can AirPlay to your AppleTV
