Good app for streaming .mvk, .avi, .mp4 videos that I have on my pc right to my iPad. Must have for me and as soon as windows 10 was released a update was out. Fast support from a wonderful developers. Keep up the good work!

Works quite well with the latest update. Basically lets you use your pc to handle the actual processing requirements for VLC while running the video on your tablet. And if youre going to be away from your network, it lets you download the processed video to the tablet. Does well with almost all formats Ive tried, and can handle multiple audio and subtitle tracks. Fair warning, the processing end does require a fair amount of PC power.

VLCStreamer is one of my favorite apps. Love that I can copy my videos from my computer to my iPhone and take them with me any where. The videos stream beautifully and play perfectly.

Streamlining my network works for me and vlc does a great job connecting and streaming. Easy to use, simple interface. Definitely worth the money.

I copy foreign dramas to my iPhone all the time. I was happy with vlc first. And then one day /probably after update/ subtitles disappeared. Never came back. Subtitle files cannot be copied anymore? And then I purchased full version for hoping to unlock subs. It was total waste of money. I purchased xtreme player after that. Is there any way to get my money back?

I love VLC. I want to stream video from my network drive to my apple devices. I dont want to involve a computer.

Just tried the free vlc streamer last night, and today buying it just to support devs. Awesome app, i use my ipad all the time, and now instead of storing stuff on an icloud and waiting for it to buffer for hours, this streams it instantly, no buffer. Easily worth the $2 to support this awesome app.

Ive had this app recognize the helper on my pc one time. After exiting the app, I havent been able to get my iPad or iPhone to recognize my pc. However, Vlc remote works flawlessly.

There are many cool features in this software, but they are unreliable and donnon when what will cause an app crash. Otherwise a cool app, but for the app crashes and steadiness.

Its definitely worth it to upgrade and remove the ads. I use this thing almost every day. Great user interface as well. Thanks to the developer. Great invention.

I dont usually pay for apps, but I thought this one would be worth of the money. The functions are good, and for the first several movies I streamed from my computer using this app were good, then it just keep disconnecting almost every time I try to use it. Very frustrating, and none of the methods on its help page would fix it. Sometimes I have to get out of my bed to restart my laptop and relaunch the app three to five times during one movie streaming.

Its difficult to understand I try to add and watch movies but it wont stream!! I simply do not understand why this is happening?! Can I have my money back please. Though the app does carry really good feedback from many other peoples opinions and great perspectives.

Cant say enough about how useful this app has been. Its an enormous value for the money and I use it every day. It seems to be able to stream every format I have, and the performance has been rock solid.

Wanted to stream to Apple TV and it asked me to upgrade. "Sure thing," I thought to myself. But I paid and upgraded and it downloaded another application instead. Not technically unlocking the features it advertises. So now Im stuck not being able to stream because the files are tied to the free version. Thankfully it was only a $3 mistake but dont believe it actually "unlocks" anything. If youre traveling like I am and dont have access to your computer this is not the solution.

Its pretty easy to use and works great with Apple TV. I only wish that you can make a running playlist so that the shows run continuously - like in the desktop program

Solves a recurrent problem, and solves it very, very well—much better than expected.

This app isnt perfect for my needs, but its darn close. The Dev updates fairly frequently and fixes issues brought up by users pretty quickly. Very pleased with this app so far.

The VLC streamer app is awesome. Its ad-free and you can watch movies from your computer on your device. You can password protect your videos, and If you pause a movie it will resume where it left off. The developers answered my email the same day! Really cool people.
